Package design of operational waste tyre pyrolysis plant, and feasibility study for tyre pyrolysis package design. Carbon Black, Steel and Fuel oil upgrades for various energy markets, Pyrolysis plant and process operational audits for process efficiency upgrades, including safety and Environmental inputs.
Industrial wastewater (oil, ink, hydrocarbons, glues)
RYES has developed a unique biotreatment of select aqueous waste. System design and pilot testing of highly contaminated effluent streams. Effluent stream contains multiple difficult to remove constituents s.
Aerobic Digestion
We have developed a unique aerobic digestion process to treat hydrocarbon and oily waste. The digester is designed to specifically cater for difficult operating conditions such a differing feed conditions (organic load, pH, etc.) and fluctuating flows.
Anaerobic Digester
Evaluation of anaerobic digester to bring in the operation in line with current legislation. Review design and present list of remedial requirements of outstanding items. Review the suitability of installed equipment for the process.
Solvent Recovery
Design system for the recovery of waste methanol solvent. Recovered solvent was to be of high purity, ready for the sale to products retail markets.
Hazardous Waste Water
Evaluate means of treating a hazardous aqueous wastewater and propose the best method. Design process and establish project pricing of the best solution.
Water Treatment (potable)
Design of various systems that treat borehole water for various requirements (potable/fire/general non-potable). These systems include iron removal, Ultra Filtration, Reverse Osmosis)
